Good news waiting for me when I got home from my echocardiogram. The valve is excellent, and everything looks great.

 A young man touching up our recently painted walls, who helped me carry the bags I was struggling with up the stairs to my apartment, and then followed me back out to my car to get the rest.

Although I think of myself as a very grateful person, today I was reminded of how many blessings I take for granted. These two for starters.
